  1. Grated pumpkin,optional to mix little carrots for color ,3mins blanch ,cool in runny water,drain ,use your hand or ask someone's hand to squeeze out liquid hahahha ,add in mixing bowl
  2. In mixing bowl add all ingredients ,except bread crumbs,mix well
  3. Form to golf ball size ( i got 12 balls ) , cover with bread crumbs ,refrigerate until set ,at least 2 hours
  4. Deep fry in hot oil ( i do on deep fryer 80 c) until golden , when you see some cheese melt out and it turn golden ..that is it :)
  5. Serve melted pumpkin cheeseballs with the mixture of thai sweet chilli sauce and plum sauce or any sauce you like
