- Firstly prepare the mushroom stuffing by adding crumbled paneer chopped coriander leaves, salt and black pepper powder and keep aside.
- For making the tandoori marination for mushrooms, take a bowl and add hung curd, chilli powder, chaat masala, kasoori methi, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, roasted chana powder and salt. Mix well to make thick paste. Marinate the mushrooms with this mixture.
- Meanwhile preheat the airfryer on 180 degree Celsius for 2 minutes
- Fill the paneer mixture in the mushroom and then take the tooth pick and insert in the middle
- Before keeping the stuffed mushroom in the air fryer, coat them with little oil and then place the mushroom pieces in the air fryer at 180 degree C for 6 to 7 minutes.
- Remove and serve hot with mint chutney or any sauce of your choice.
Now stuff the mushrooms with the cooled stuffing. Just fill upto the cup of the mushrooms. Overfilling the mushrooms will break the mushrooms. Take the stuffed mushrooms,dip it in flour paste and coat it with breadcrumbs. Once all the mushrooms are coated with breadcrumbs,deep fry it in batches.
