  2. Remove the skin.

  4. Blend the soy beans with water. Strain with cooking cloth, and repeat three times.
  5. Boil and stir for once
  6. Sugar, salt, pandan leaves can be added as preference.

Most of the soy milk available in the market is flavoured and fortified with extra calcium or vitamins. Soy milk is quite light, tasty and can be used to make teas, coffees and even desserts.
