- dice the pepper and mushroom then fry for 1 minute then add a splash of woscestershire sauce
- Mix eggs and milk in with the herbs, chilli flakes, salt and pepper

- Let cook for 2 minutes then fold in half. Cook on both sides for half a minute each. And theres your tasty omelette :) enjoy.
