- Make ready icing sugar

- Fill a bit of jam between 2 layers of sablés and enjoy.

Chocolate and orange pair beautifully here; candied orange peel is delicious and elegant, and mini chocolate chips add just enough chocolate without overwhelming the flavor of the orange. Sablés are pretty much a combination of a sugar cookie and a shortbread cookie. They're crisp like a sugar cookie and buttery like a shortbread cookie.
