- To make dougu mix all ingredients and for fried katori you will use water to form smooth dough
- For baked katori use milk to form smooth dough with dough ingredients
- Make balls from the dough roll out these balls to make baked katories greas muffin cups from bake sides and put these on it cut the extra edges
- Use your finger to make wave impretion on it and prick with a fork
- Bake them in preheated oven on 180 cº
- When it turns golde from out side take them out and put on cooling rack
- For fried katories you will greas the leddel spoon from back side and greased it cover with rolling dough perss it cut eadges heat oil in a wok and fry them one by one put on cooling rack after fring while frieng the katori will remove it self in hot oil if it's not remove you can remove with a fork
- For bread katories roll the bread slice with rolling pin and cut with laege cooki cutter greas the muffin tray and put these on it press it and brush oil bake on 180 cº till it's eadges turns golden put on coolin tack after baking
- For samosa patti katori cut patti in center put on greased muffin tray put some rice on it brush oil and baked blind after baking put on cooling rack
- For tamarind chutney mix all ingridients and bland
- For green chutney blend all ingredients and use water if you need
- Cut boiled potato in cubsand fry and soak chickpeas in water with baking soda for whole night and at morning wash it with fresh water and boil till tender
- Mix caster sugar in curd and beat ' Chop all vegitables make som fries for serving
- For assambling in a Katori put some chickpeas prinkle some salt,chaat masala,crushed red chilli both chatnies curd fried potatoes and chopped vegies and sew serve as you like
