You can use them for dessert nachos or for dipping into fresh fruit salsa. Mix well and spray each tortilla wedge until slightly moist. Dough is soft and easy to handle and roll out. Rolled out and placed on med. high griddle.

Instructions to make Tortilla Nachos:
  1. Preheat oven at 275F
  2. On the stove, heat the oil in a pan with medium heat.
  3. When oil is hot enough, add crushed garlic and cook til lightly brown then add the meat.
  4. When the meat is halfway cook, add the seasoning/spices and cook til tender or when the liquid is almost dry. (If meat is too watery, mix a 1tbsp of cornstarch to 3tbsp of water. Mix well then add it to the meat and cook til it’s done/no more liquid). Set aside.
  5. Cut your veggies and prepare your chips and cheese.
  6. In a baking pan, lay a layer of chips evenly and spread the meat, veggies, then cheese on top.
  7. Cook for about 15-20mins at 275F or til the cheese is nicely melted on the top. (Cook til your liking).
  8. Best serve with salsa, sour cream, and or with guacamole. ENJOY!

Placed cooked tortilla in paper toweled tortilla warmer. In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. For the salsa, place the tomatoes, cut-side up, in a shallow baking tray. Meanwhile, in a dry non-stick frying pan, blacken the chillies and garlic. Arrange tortilla wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
