- Take a cucumber and peel lengthwise into thin slices.
- Spread a small spoonful of filling over cucumber slices than put cheese slices on it and sprinkle pepper powder on it.Starting from one end tightly roll the cucumber into a spiral.
- Secure with a toothpick and place on a serving platter. Repeat with the remaining cucumber strips.
You may have little less or more strips depending on the size of cucumber. Using a mandoline or vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber into long thin strips. Take one strip and spread a thin layer of hummus across the length of the cucumber. Roll this up and set it aside while you make the rest of the rolls.
