  4. When Chicken is cooked take off onto a plate and put the sausages inside using string tie the chicken and keep the sausage each side
  5. Place the chicken on a greased ovenproof tray. Put in the oven for 10 minutes on gas 7 / 180c
  6. Take out the chicken cut and take off the string and put your sliced cheese on top and cover with sauce
  7. Put back in the oven until cheese has melted about 3-5 minutes
  8. Serve hot with Salad or a tomato Pasta 😀
