  5. Heat 1 and half tbsp butter in the pan.. keep the flame on medium only.
  6. Add 1/2 tsp garlic and saute
  7. Now add maida (all purpose flour) stir continuously and you will get a thick consistency
  8. Now add milk.. little milk.. then mix then add more milk n mix.. so that no lumps are formed
  9. Cook it for approx 3 minutes add then add origano,chilli flakes and pepper. Mix well.
  10. Now add vegetables and pasta to the above prepared sauce. Mix evenly. Garnish with oregano. And serve hot 😋
