- Wash & soak basmati rice according to rice type.I soaked for 10 min
- Boil 4 glass water with salt,vinegar,green chilli,mint leaves,cloves,blackpepper(I like blackpepper so I add in my recipes.it is optional here).add drained rice in boiling water.
- Let the rice boil in water,check till rice are tender enough to break with finger only remember not mash just to break.drain water in colander.
- Transfer rice in same pot.put pot at hotplate for dum.5 min high flame then lower the heat & keep for sometime.
