  1. In a bowl mix curd, flour, chickpea flour.
  2. Add water and mix properly and let the mixture rest for 1 hour.

  4. Add oil and eno and shift batter immediately on two greased cake tin and bake it at 180° deg for 40 minutes and let it cool down.
  5. Cut it into pieces.
  6. In a pan add oil, chilli, mustard seeds and dhokla and mix it.
  7. Dhokla is ready to serve. Serve hot.
