Steps to make White Locho:
  1. First of all, soak the urad dal and rice in different bowl for 5-7 hours. Soak flatten rice for 15 minutes.
  2. Now take urad dal, rice and flatten rice in the mixer and make smooth paste. Then add yogurt to this mixture and put it at the dark place for overnight fermentation.
  3. Now preheat the steamer. Grease the plate of steamer. Add salt to the above mixture. Now pour this mixture into the plate.
  4. Now put the plate in steamer for 20-25 minutes. Then serve in the plate. Sprinkle locha masala on it. Spread groundnut oil on it. Sprinkle sev and coriander. And serve with onion, chilli, lemon and green chutney.

It is made from the batter of Bengal gram (chana dal).
