- Peel, Wash and chop onions, red chilli, garlic and grate ginger. Grate tomatoes and make puree. Cut paneer in cubes.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put ginger garlic and finely chopped onions and fry till translucent.
- Add tomato puree and cook till oil leaves the karahi. Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add chopped red chilli and saute for 2 minutes. Now Add paneer cubes and mix well. Add 2 tb sp water and cook for 5 minutes on low flame. Mix kasuri methi, garam masala and coriander seeds powder and mix. Switch off the flame.
- Serve this chilli Paneer hot with chapatti.
