- Then add minced garlic and give it a stir. Then add cubbed onion and capsicum. Add the salt and sugar. Keep stirring these for 2 minutes. Add tomato, ginger and green chillies. Again stir the mixture. We have ti stir it continiously otherwise it will burn from bottom.
- After stirring for 3 minutes, add kashmiri red chilli powder and all the sauce one by one. Add 2 teaspoon of water. Mix all the ingredients together. Then add the fried soybeans. Mix soybeans with the sauce mixture.
- Add the rest of the water. Keep stirring it. Cover and cook it in medium flame for 3 minutes. Now add the water and cornflour mixture. Keep stirring it.
- After sometime the mixture will be thick. Then turn off the flame. Sprinkle some black pepper over it. Now it is ready ro serve.
