Cook, shaking pan and turning potato often, for 10 minutes or until golden, crisp and tender. Stir in butter.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsely and Serve with your steak and any vegetables you like.

The steak marinates in a flavorful sauce for an hour and then is joined with stir-fried bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes. Add the broth, soy sauce, sugar and ground pepper to the skillet, stir well. Add celery, bell pepper and tomatoes. Dissolve the cornstarch in cold water. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
