These are some other seasonings I've used in these patties - garlic powder, onion powder, season salt, Tony Chacheres Cajun seasoning.all were wonderful. These vegan zucchini and corn patties are quick, healthy and easy to make. I used rice flour as the binding agent in these patties, you can also use all purpose flour or chickpea flour (besan) in place. These zucchini patties were delicious and super easy to throw together.
