- Place the chicken on a greased ovenproof tray. Put in the oven for 10 minutes on gas 7 / 180c
- Take out the chicken cut and take off the string and put your sliced cheese on top and cover with sauce
- Put back in the oven until cheese has melted about 3-5 minutes
