- Now add all spices and sliced chillies and tomatoes…..fry for a minute then leave on dam again for 5 to 7 minutes (I've added little more turmeric powder..it gives good colour to veggies and has too much benefits) I've added half tsp turmeric powder….
- After 5 or 7 minutes… turnips will be tender…. bhoonofy it until oil separate from masala from sides……..now yumm turnips are ready….. garnish with fresh coriander….and can b serve with chapati or rice too…
