- Take 1 kg Chicken

- Make ready 1 Kitchen glory Chicken flavor
- Take to taste Salt
- Get 2 teaspoon Curry
- Get 1 Teaspoon Thyme
- Prepare 1 Teaspoon Rosemary
- Get 100 g Groundnut oil
- Take leaf Bay
In a large saucepan, place the chicken, spaghetti sauce, water, undrained mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. - Meal prep by Slicing your Tomatoes,pepper,onions,green pepper and sieve your Sweet corn of the water in it.
- Parboil your Spaghetti. And put in a sieve to drain excess water out.
- Boil your chicken for 20mins, Then fry with Groundnut oil. Put in a sieve to drain excess oil out.
- In a clean pot,pour in your Groundnut oil, then add your Bay leaf (like 4 leaves). Add your sliced Onions, Fry for 2 mins. Then add your Red pepper, Fry for 1 min. Then add your Sliced Fresh tomatoes for 3 mins. Then add 1 Teaspoon of Curry, kitchen glory and benny.fry for a minute.
- Next pour in the chicken stock, Add a little water. Add your Spaghetti,Add 2 stock cubes. Mix together then add your Sliced onions and sweet corn to the mix. Cook for 5 mins. Taste it, Ads salt if needed.Then add Green pepper, Cook for 2 minutes. Food is ready.
Cut spaghetti squash in half lengthwise and place face down on a baking dish greased with coconut oil. Stir in cooked chicken and cooked spaghetti squash. Continue to let cook for a couple minutes to let flavors blend together. Cooking the spaghetti in the same liquid as the chicken infuses it with flavor, and the Cheddar thickens the sauce so it coats each piece of meat. Cook the spaghetti in the same chicken cooking broth until al dente.
