When served, sprinkle with chopped parsley. Delicious creamed peas and potatoes, with garden peas and new potatoes combined with a creamy white sauce and some red onion for a comforting side dish. Add cooked peas and potatoes and salt and pepper. Reduce heat slightly and allow sauce to simmer until thickened to a creamy sauce. Sour Cream Cake and Cream Cheese Frosting.
