- Prepare 3/4 cup capsicum (cut into cube)
- Prepare 1 medium sized Onion (cut into cube)
- Prepare 1 spring onion stalk (green part cut into 1/2 inch long)

- Cut your chicken into 1 inch strip or cubes and marinate it with salt, chilli flakes, thyme, Italian seasoning, black pepper and half egg and corn flour
- On the other side boil spaghetti
- Take a pan and pour oil, add chicken and stir fry till it cooked and keep a side.
- On the other side, take a pan or wok, pour olive oil, add freshly grated garlic on high flame and add noodles with Italian herb and coriander. Mix it well and dish out in a serving plate
