- Get 5-6
- Prepare 4 poblanos
- Prepare Philadelphia cream cheese
- Get cilantro
- Take minced garlic
- Take sour cream
- Get milk
- Make ready water
- Make ready spaghetti
Cook the spaghetti following pack instructions. Meanwhile, boil the kettle, put the spinach and peas in a bowl, and cover with boiling water. Beets and garlicky beet greens are tossed with spaghetti, tinting the pasta a beautiful-pinkish red hue! Meanwhile, in large saucepot, prepare spaghetti in boiling salted water as label directs.
Steps to make Green spaghetti:
- Cut open poblano peppers remove seeds and place on stove top till dark put in plastic bag afterwards to sweat them so they can be easier to peel
- You can cook spaghetti after the poblano peppers are roasted then drain(I did add salt to my spaghetti but that is optional) π
- Next take poblano peppers already peeled, minced garlic,cilantro,sour cream, Philadelphia cream cheese and blend all together in blender
- Mix sauce together with spaghetti and it's ready to serve!!!!(I did not use milk because the cream cheese was enough to make it creamy)
