- Get Tomatillos

- Peel and Wash Tomatillos

- Grill 15 (for medium) or 30 (for hot) Arbol Chile's and 5 garlic cloves on flat pan set to medium for 1 minute. Remember to de-stem the Chile's.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a sauce pan. Slice white onion (doesn't matter how) and add to water. Add chiles, garlic, tomatoes and tomatillos to boiled water. Cover and let cook on medium for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1/2 bunch of cilantro to a blender. Add boiled water, onions, tomatillos, tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and chiles to blender. Blend until pulverized.
- Poor into bowl and refrigerate
