- Flavors will come together after being refrigerated for atleast an hour. Add extra salt if desired after its cooled. The flavors are different after they've settled.
- Great with any taco dish, chips, enchiladas, etc.
Green tomato is more tart than ripe tomato, and will be somewhat similar to the flavor of tomatillo. Pulse until finely chopped; season with salt. Serve with chips, over seared fish, or with eggs. Combine all ingredients in a large pot & stir frequently over high heat until mixture boils. The combination of tomatillos, chilies and cilantro creates a salsa with authentic Mexican flavor.
