Instructions to make Orange & Nuts Cake:
- Pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
- Beat the butter and Sugar together until it creamy texture. Break the eggs and gradually add to the mixture and beat. Add orange zest.
- Sieve the baking powder and flour together and fold it into the mixture. Do not use whisk. Use the wooden spoon to fold it.
- Grease the cake tin with butter and pour the mixture in to the tin.
- Place it in the oven and cook it for 35-40mins. To check the cake if it’s done simply pierce with the tooth pick or knife. If the knife comes out clear, means cake is done.
- Leave it to rest and cool down before transferring to the plate. Chop the nuts and decorate the cake.
- Serve and enjoy with tea.
