- Cook for 2 minutes
- Add rice and the remaining sauce mixture. Mix em well
- Keep stiring and add 1 teaspoon of blackpepper
- Give it a taste. Feel free to adjust the taste with sauce mixture, salt, and blackpepper

Mix the ginger, garlic, soy and vinegar, and set aside. Tip in the rice and stir, flaking the fish into large pieces, then move everything to the side of the pan. Toss fried rice with the eggs. Remove the pan from the heat and add the soy sauce and lemon juice. Garnish the fried rice with the scallions and serve in.
