- Add coconut milk and stir through. Simmer for 5 minutes then add to chosen pasta.
I liked the fresh basil and cherry tomatoes but there wasn't enough sauce for us. The next time I'll add more olive oil, more tomotoes, some chili flakes, chopped olives.
