- Add water depending on your preference of how much sauce you want with the chicken. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove the shell from the eggs, cut into chunks and add into the chicken. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Check seasoning is to your taste before adding in the potatoes.
- Add in the potatoes, cook for a few minutes so that the potatoes absorb the liquid.
- Remove from stove when done.
- You can serve it over rice instead of serving it with potatoes.
