  1. Clean raw haldi. Scrap and grate it
  2. Heat ghee in a wok add jeera ginger garlic paste and grated haldi.Roast it for 10 mns.
  3. Take it out.Now roast peas also in 1 tsp ghee for 2 mts.
  4. Mix both in kadhai.put on gas on medium heat.
  5. Add dhaniya pdr and curd.
  6. Simmer it.Add salt and garam masaala pdr and gur.
  7. Cover it for 15 mts and cook on slow flame..Garnish with coriader. Don't add water.
