  1. Heat oil in a pan, oil is hot, add the okra, reduce the flame, cover the pan with a lid and okra cook.
  2. Yogurt mixture :Take a kadai, add yogurt, besan, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and whisk all ingredients. make lumps of the besan. Add water and whisk again.
  3. Kadi:In a pan, heat oil. add the cumin seeds, mustard seeds seeds and methi seeds
  4. Add hing, add ginger, garlic paste, add green chilli, curry leaves and saute well. Add the yogurt mixture and kadi boil for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add the Okra to the kadi, salt, and Coriander leaves and stir well.
  6. Pour the yogurt Okra in serving bowl., add little lemon juice and garnish with Coriander leaves.
  7. The delicious curry is ready.
  8. Serve with bhakhri, garlic chutney, and papad.
