  2. Fry the diced veg. in your soup pot for ~20 minutes while stirring periodically
  3. Cover with chicken stock and bring to boil
  4. Add meats and peas and cook for ~1 hour on low heat covered
  5. after the meats have coocked, take them out and dice them
  6. retrive the vegies from the soup and puree them with a blender
  7. Return the veg.-pea puree with the diced meats to the soup and bring to boil
  8. add the groat and pealed/diced potstos
  9. taste and corfect flavor with spices and lemon
