Steps to make Okra Flower:
- Wash, dry, remove top and cut okra lengthwise into two halves. Microwave for 1 minute on high
- In a bowl mix corn flour, Maida, turmeric, salt, red chilli powder, onion seeds and garlic - mint chutney. Add water to make a Thick paste.
- Take poha in a plate. Dip okra slices one by one in the paste and then in poha. Coat the poha well on each slice.
- Deep fry the okra flower on medium heat till poha is crisp and golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
- Serve the crispy flowers with ketchup and chutney.
