  6. Prepare 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  8. Get 1/4 cup oil
  9. Prepare Bhindi (okra) 1 pao

Slit the bhindi (okra) length wise and dry with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. In a medium size bowl, add the red chili, turmeric,coriander,fennel and salt. Mix the okra pieces in it gently to. Bhindi aka okra, is one of my favorite vegetables.

  1. First in a pan add oil thn add whole red chillies and zera cook it for 1min
  2. Add onion and tomatoes in it
  3. Add red chillies powder and turmeric powder
  4. Bonify the masala for 5mins
  5. Add bhindi in it fry it the masala for 3 mins thn cover it m cook it for 10mins. Tomatoes itself release water.
  6. Ready to eat
