Remove tops and bottom with a paring knife, and split down the middle vertically to expose flesh and seeds on the inside. Rub ginger and garlic into okra. Crunchy, tangy, and delicious Kurkuri bhindi is perfect for an appetizer or just a snack. Kurkuri means crispy, and Bhindi translated to Okra.

  1. Put some sunflower oil in a pan.make it hot and when it start changing color add cumin seeds+ginger+garlic+green chilli
  2. Try to make dry vegetables in sunflower oil.it makes crunchy and healthy
  3. Now after roasting them add sliced onion and stir at low flame until it looks properly golden
  4. Now add okra and cook at low flame.nvr cover the utensil while making okra and taro root
  5. Now cook for 5 to 6 minutes and then add all the spices but do not add salt
  6. Always add salt in the end for okra and TARO root.now cook for atleast 12 to 15 minute and add salt in the end
  7. Now cook for 3 to 4 minutes just to mix well salt with okra
  8. Yummy healthy okra is ready
