- In the big bowl mix all ingredients very well except mushrooms and butter. Add mushrooms and mix them very well. Keep it for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven at 220℃. In the non stick baking tray brush butter/margarine and give the marinated mushrooms. Bake it for 15 minutes. If the mushrooms turn brown switch off the oven. Serve them hot with sauce/chutney.
