Instructions to make Raw mango rice:
- Grate raw mango, add pinch of salt and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, wait till crackle, add cumin seeds and hing. Wait for a sec. Now add curry leaves and chilli. Saute for a while.
- Now add soaked chana daal and cook for 2 mins. (Do not add water) now add grated raw mango and turmeric powder and cook for a min.
- Last add cooked rice and mix well. Cook for a min with lid covered.
- Serve hot with sweet curd or Sambhar or fresh fruit juice.
