- Fry it about 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown
- For the soy-vinegar dip mince the garlic cloves and onion. Chop the green chilli horizontally
- On a small bowl or deeping bowl mix the minced and chop ingridients, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and black pepper
- Mix well and add salt to taste you can also adjust the vinegar or sugar depends on your taste
