I have made picadillo multiple times and this is by far the best recipe I have found. This is a dish I grew up eating as a kid, and I always loved when my Mom was making it. My friends also loved eating over on nights picadillo was on the menu.   3. Bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes taste for seasonings… enjoy! I serve with rice and some avocado
