- Add meat/onion/peppers back to skillet and slowly add spaghetti sauce. Continuously stir. Add sauce just till meat is covered and little left over in skillet.
- Take biscuits and flatten with hangs an stretch just enough to fit in cupcake pan. Fill with sloppy Joe mix as you go along.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
After making these scrumptious cheeseburger cups , I started thinking about what else I could bake up in a cute and easy little biscuit cup, and I decided sloppy joes would be perfect served in a biscuit. What a fun way to make sloppy Joe! If you don't have or don't like tomato soup try it with g olden mushroom soup and its a delicious twist. I will do this again with tomato OR even try with some other protean or soup. Top each with remaining quarter of cheese.
