Steps to make Kohlrabi paratha:
  1. Peel off the skin in kohlrabi and finely shred them using chopper.
  2. Heat the oil in medium flame in the medium-sized pan. Add fennel seeds.
  3. Add ginger, ginger garlic paste, kohlrabi and fry them.
  4. Add chilli powder, garam masala powder, pepper powder, salt and add 2 tbsp water.
  5. Close the pan with lid and it cook for 7 minutes and open it and garnish it with coriander leaves.
  6. Take wheat flour, salt, oil in a bowl and add water as per requirement and knead it into a soft dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  7. Now flatten the dough in medium-size and place the kohlrabi stuffing in the centre and bring the joints together and join them in centre and press them downwards.
  8. Roll them gently.
  9. Heat the dosa pan on medium flame and place the paratha on the pan.
  10. Let it cook for a minute and turn it other side and cook for another 1 minute and remove it and spread some ghee on both sides.kohlrabi paratha ready.
  11. Take curd, shredded cucumber, salt, pepper powder and mix well.cucumber raita ready.
