Steps to make Bacon & kale Alfredo:
- cook bacon to a crispy crunch then place on a paper towel to drain off excess grease reserve bacon grease and add the onion to pan along with kale and garlic. chop onion & place in the skillet on medium heat. rinse and chop kale into bite sized pieces then add in with onion. let cook 5 minutes then add minced garlic
- cook pasta with salted water and olive oil till al dente
- heat up Alfredo sauce add 1/2 of the fresh parmesan chop up cooled Bacon then add in with kale and onion. in a large mixing bowl add pasta Alfredo and kale onion Bacon garlic and mix add salt and pepper to taste along with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. top with parmesan enjoy. serve hot
