- Jab sawiyan gal jaen to is mn custard ko pani ya 4tbsp milk ke sath mix kar ke add kar dein or sath sath chamch hilati rahen. At this point flame should b low.
- 5 minut ke liey hlki aanch py pkny dein. Or flame off kar ke isy room temperature py normal hony ke liey rakh dein.
- Jab thora normal hojaey to isy bowl mn nikal ke desiccated coconut or chopped almonds se garnish karein or fridge mn rakh ke thanda kar lein.
- Agr ap sehri mn e bana rai hn to sb se pehly yh bnaen or phir kisi khuly brtn mn(like jis mn aata gondhty hn) chilled pani dal ke yh wala pan us chilled pani mn rakh dein. Ta ke jab khaen to yh thanda hojaey. Jazak-Allah.
