  1. Prepare 1 bunch Kale
  2. Make ready 3 tbsp Olive oil

  1. Wash the kale under water, pay dry.
  2. Rip kale off stems. If leaves too big, rip in half. (So it's bit sized!)
  3. Pre heat oven at 350°F.
  4. In a mixing bowl, coat kale leaves with olive oil, salt, pepper, and roasemary. Toss so it is evenly coated.
  5. Lay on a cookie sheet making sure they are spaced a part a bit. They need a little room!
  6. Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Then enjoy!
