- Leave chicken in the oven for 30-45 minutes or until the skin turns golden brown and charred. Serve immediately.
HOW: Marinate your chicken in tamarind pulp, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime zest, sugar, and spices. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
