- The coco sugar will harden and become crisp as it cools. Delicious. I placed too much I think (2 Tbsps) so 1 Tbsp should be ok for 2 bananas. :) Enjoy!
In a sauce pan melt the butter on a high heat. When the butter is melted place the flat side of the banana slice on the sauce pan. I make Banana Cue once in a while especially when my kids ask for it. My style is, I choose semi-ripe banana. Bananas that are too ripe may fall apart or too soft during cooking.
