  2. Cut carrot in small cubes
  3. Cut garlic and preserved sweet radish into small pieces
  4. Heat up a non stick wok with low medium fire and put little oil or butter in wok.
  5. Stir-Fry garlic until golden
  6. Put carrot, cucumber and preserved sweet radish into wok and stir-fry. If you dont have sweet radish, just replace with sugar.
  7. Put a teaspoon of salt and continue stir-fry until vegies soften
  8. Put 1 egg on the vegies and continue stir-fry
  9. When the egg is cooked and mix well with combined vegies, put another egg and 2 bowls of white rice in.
  10. Continue stir-fry the rice to mix well with egg.
  11. If the rice stick together, press the rice while frying
  12. For seasoning, put in tomato sauce, soy sauce, pepper powder and chilli flakes. Mix well with the fried rice.
