- Tarka - Take 6 Button chilli, - 1/2 tsp mustard seeds - Curry leaves - 1/2 tsp grated ginger - 3 tbsp oil
- Heat oil and add mustard seeds.
- Add Button chilli and grated ginger, saute until golden.
- Add curry leaves. - Pour tarka on raita. - Serve chilled.
